Love ran with me and played
fool to fool, myself in every way
        - C. Scott & D. Dyer

Tom is Clyde Bracken, a supposed victim in a factory arson set by Leopold Dilg (Cary Grant). His screen time is brief but powerful, especially when he takes Cary on in a major fistfight.
